
Ingredients
4 oz chestnut mushrooms
4 oz shitake mushrooms
½ cup onions, diced
2 tsp Bragg’s amino acid
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp garlic power
½ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp cardamon
¼ water
Heat sesame oil over medium heat, and fry onion until it starts to brown. The onions need to carmelize to help sweeten and thicken the gravy, so take your time.
Add mushrooms and saute briefly.
Add remaining ingredients, except water, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add water and simmer until gravy thickens.
We served our mushrooms over fried potatoes and Impossible Burger.
