Ingredients
8 oz miniature cucumbers, halved

2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
½ inch ginger, sliced into thin medallions
1/8-¼ tsp whole black peppercorns
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp dry dill
¼ tsp cardamom
1 tsp salt
1 tsp granulated sugar
½ vinegar, ½ water to cover
To Make
Combine ingredients in a jar, and refrigerate for at least two days.
