
Ingredients
¼ cup cashews
6 oz sliced shitake
2 tbsp amino acids
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ cup water
3 stalks celery, sliced
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper
½ tsp cardamom
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat, add shitake and celery. Cook for approx. 4 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Add amino acids and vinegar. Return to a boil.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes and serve over potatoes.
