Panko Peppers

1 organic green bell pepper cut into half inch rings

Ingredients
½ cup of gluten free flour
2 eggs beaten
¼ cup panko gluten free bread crumbs

½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 425

Beat eggs and stir in paprika
Dredge pepper rings in flour
Dip in egg
Roll in panko

Bake for 10 minutes on one side, flip, and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
