Pink Oyster Mushrooms

Earlier today, we stopped at Agora, downtown Stevens Point. It was a windy, grey day and we wanted to get out of the house. So we thought we would drop by and see if the owner was interested in Therapy Cubes. The short version is that they are!

From my perspective, however, the greater find was a new mushroom for us called Pink Oyster Mushrooms! If you saute them until they are crispy, they’re supposed to taste like bacon. The oyster mushrooms come by way of Segura & Sons Mushrooms. Check their photographs out and like them on Facebook.
