Although we raved about the Lions Mane Mushrooms, from the Farmers Market today, the brussel sprouts were also a fantastic find!

Ingredients
Brussel sprouts, approx. 2 dozen
Olive oil
garlic, two cloves, minced
1/4 cup alfredo sauce (Victoria Fine Food – vegan)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ingredients except for alfredo sauce in a bowl, mix and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Skewer brussel sprouts. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
Barbecue on grill 4 minutes. Turn once. Remove from grill and toss with alfredo sauce.
Serve while still hot.
