Vegan Cardamom Fudge

Ingredient List
½ cup almond milk
2 tsp butter, vegan
½ cup ground sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 cup raw almonds, ground
¼ cup oat flour
⅓ cup coconut flour

Preparation
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Combine almond milk, oil, sugar and salt in a sauce pan over medium heat. Mix well to dissolve sugar. Bring to a boil, about 4 minutes. Mix in cardamom and let cool for 5 minutes.

Add ground almonds, oat flour, and coconut flour. Mix well. Dough will be soft.

In a lightly oiled baking, line with dough, approximately ¼ inch thick.

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
