
Ingredient List
6-8 oz. oyster mushrooms
2 cloves, garlic
½ cup carrots, sliced
½ cup fennel, thinly sliced
½ bell pepper, diced
½ small yellow onion, diced
2 tsp olive oil
4-6 oz turmeric tofu
turmeric paste
2 tsp soy sauce
black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Heat olive oil over medium heat, and gently saute garlic until golden. Stir fry carrots and fennel, 3-4 minutes. Add onion, bell pepper, and stir fry 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, and stir fry until mushrooms are cooked through and tender.
