
Ingredient List
1 lb Beyond Burger (Beyond Burger)
½ cup Broccoli florets
½ cup Carrots
2 cups Roasted garlic spaghetti sauce (or as available)
Noodles, Garlic and Parmesan (or as available)
Parmesan to taste (Go Veggie)
Preparation
Over medium heat, fry Beyond Burger. Add broccoli and carrots, and cook for additional 7-9 minutes. When vegetables are tender, add spaghetti sauce and cook until hot and flavors have a chance to meld, another 4-5 minutes. Be careful not to over-cook.
Serve over noodles, and top with parmesan to taste.
Note: We served with garlic stuffed olives, and a crisp side salad with mango dressing, dried cranberries and vegan (contained soy) applewood flavored bacon bits.
