
When we were at the Farmer’s Market yesterday, the mushroom farmer was there. He had Lion’s Mane and Oyster mushrooms. This vegan pizza relies heavily on what we found at the Farmer’s Market, so feel free to substitute.
Ingredients
Pizza sauce
Pizza crust, corn meal
Mozzarella cheese, Vegan (Miyokos)
Parmesan cheese, Vegan (Violife)
Oyster mushrooms
Tomato
Onion
Green Bell Pepper
Olives
Meat Balls, Vegan (Gardein)
Pepperoni, Vegan (Yves)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add pizza sauce to crust, and then top with ingredients.
Bake 15-20 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
