Ingredients
4-6 ears of sweet corn
1/4 Cup Vegan Feta Cheese (Violife)
1/3 Cup Vegan Sour Cream (Tofutti)
1 tsp paprika
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Boil corn for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to broil and place corn directly on oven rack. Broil for 2-3 minutes.
